Ace service and dishes! Our waiter was great, friendly and timely in checks. Our food tasted great, always rich and robust - there wasn't the usual chef so the temp on steaks was a little off but still good. Atmosphere got a 4 only because it's franchised and most all look like the same steak house.
Busy atmosphere with good food, and great service! Enjoyed my sirloin and shrimp. All the appetizers were very tasty!
It’s been a while that I’ve experienced a Manager so quick to notice something that could have potentially ruined an evening out had she not stepped in to correct the course.... My grandmother and I were celebrating her 80th birthday by eating at a restaurant we had not been to. The host politely greeted us and we were sat at a table immediately. Prior to our being sat, some table changes had been made and the server was unaware the table we were taken to belonged to her. This led to us not being greeted by the server for several minutes, and the dreadful “are we ever going to get to order” conversation on the tips of our tongues. However, once the server realized, she greeted us, apologized (with actual sincerity), and immediately took our drink and food order. As she left, the manager, named Jaye (unsure if I’m spelling that correctly), came to our table and offered her apologies as she noticed what had happened. She spoke with us for several minutes about the menu items and offered to bring an appetizer for the inconvenience. She and the server checked in on us multiple times and continued to provide amazing and friendly service. The food was also excellent. We had steak, ribeye, salad, sweet potato, loaded baked potato, and a stuffed mushroom appetizer and we have ZERO complaints about it. We loved the appetizer. So, if you like mushrooms, I would definitely recommend it. Only sad part is that we didn’t leave room for dessert!! **Disclaimer - I did ask for extra cheese on my salad, so most likely doesn’t normally come with as much as you see in the picture I included. The first few minutes definitely felt like we were not going to enjoy our experience. But I must say that the correction of the honest mistake, and the sincerity and professionalism used in correcting it was outstanding. It’s a good reminder that we’re all human, and occasionally there are misunderstandings and mistakes to be made. But easy to fix if we are willing. Will definitely be coming back.
For years Longhorn Steakhouse has been my #1 most favorite restaurant, and this particular location in Fort Worth has been the best location I’ve been to this far. The service is excellent, the fries & chicken tenders are top notch and has been consistently outstanding almost every single time I visit, and the chocolate stampede cake is the cherry on top. The only minor complaint I currently have are that they didn’t do the whole birthday chant like they used to do since I wet there with my father to celebrate my 38th birthday (which is June 3rd, which is today by the time I’m typing this). But that’s extremely minor. They did send me a coupon via email that allowed me to get a free desert so it’s all good. I just hope they would build a Longhorn Steakhouse closer to Frisco/Plano in the Stonebriar Mall area since I’d love to eat there more often (perhaps they can replace the closed down Chili’s would would be a perfect replacement in this area). If you folks want to eat at a place with outstanding food and good service, then I strongly recommend eating here. It’s been my most favorite restaurant for years in both Texas & Maryland for almost a decade, so my personal taste & high praise of this place has been consistent for quite a long time. -
Smelled this place from across the parking lot and was drawn in. I was not disappointed the food was great and the atmosphere was good. The Parmesan crusted chicken was the best I’ve had anywhere. The onion appetizer was way better than the blooming onion from Outback. The chicken fried steak was pretty good also if you’re in for as good place to go don’t skip this one it’s as real diamond in the rough. We will definitely bed back here to try more. Good job guys!!!
Went here for anniversary diner. The filet is excellent. Did not care for the asparagus it was overcooked. Service was good.
We visited this Lonhorn Steakhouse on Tuesday to wrap up our anniversary Tuesday evening. We really enjoyed our meal and the effort the waitress gave to help us celebrate our day. My husband ordered the 22oz Porterhouse steak, and it was delicious. It was cooked to perfection, seasoned well, and an excellent cut of meat for the price point. We also ordered the smokehouse wings that were very good; seasoned well, and crispy skin. I'm a sauce girl, but my husband isn't, so we really like that they bring the Buffalo sauce and ranch on the side. Finally, the waitress brought out the chocolate molten lava cake with a "Happy Anniversary" on it for us. It was such a kind and sweet gesture that we really appreciated! We were seated promptly, food came out correct and fresh, and we received excellent service. Highly recommend this location!
The restaurant was clean, the food was prepared as requested and was yummy and our waiter was attentive. We went a little early before dinner rush and still received the same service even after it began to get busy. Thank you!
